Yogi Onsite is dedicated to sharing what we believe to be the essence of yoga -- a traditional yoga philosophy and practice available to everyone. We are very passionate in our belief that yoga is for all--kids and adults, regardless of age and ability.

We are professionally trained in RYT500 and children's yoga with years of experience teaching in the community. In addition to individual and friends & family groups, we lead classes for K-12 children in schools and neighborhood clubs, health care professionals, local studios and gyms, and corporate wellness activities.

Modern life is hectic -- with round the clock activities -- work, children's activities, household chores, and all the different distractions that are in the palm of our hands. All these pressures bring stress into our lives, and getting to a yoga studio or the gym may be difficult. Yogi Onsite's solution is to bring yoga to your doorstep so that you too can enjoy the benefits of yoga. Classes can be held at home and in schools, community centers, and workplaces. We also offer virtual classes online to ensure that people have time in their busy lives to continue their yoga practice, and bring harmony to their mind, body and soul.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Yogi Vivek Sharma

Vivek Sharma, founder of Yogi Onsite is an experienced teacher (RYT 500, YACEP) as well as a life-long student of yoga. He started his yoga journey as a child growing up in the foothills of the Himalayas, learning chanting, yogic principles and spiritual teachings from his grandfather. Apart from deepening his yoga practice, he also worked with rural Himalayan communities promoting sustainability and economic empowerment. His yoga journey brought him to California, where he currently resides and teaches hatha yoga classes and chanting in the community, and at local schools and businesses.

Vivek’s philosophy is to share his passion and knowledge of yoga. His approach to yoga is to focus on building sensitivity, strength and mental clarity through creating an awareness of one's breathing and movement. His aim is to weave this timeless wisdom and practice into our hectic modern lifestyles in order to bring balance, strength and flexibility--of mind, body and soul.
